Christine Raftovich, Manager, Data Governance, Elwyn
Ms. Christine Raftovich is currently the Manager, Data Governance for Elwyn, where her professional career exceeds 30 years. Within her Data Governance role, Christine functions as a clinical liaison for the organization and is a dedicated resource to the enterprise implementation of the CoCENTRIX Coordinated Care Platform.
She functioned as the business analyst and project manager for the Elwyn Mobile Crisis solution. Her previous position was Program Manager for Elwyn’s Community Residential Services (CRS) where she managed community based residential settings for individuals with intellectual disabilities and behavioral disorders. During her fifteen years with CRS, Christine provided both the operational and clinical supervision to her residences and was responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance.
Christine is a graduate of Neumann University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Information Science and a Master of Science degree in Organizational and Strategic Leadership.
Rick Smith, VP of Information Technology, Elwyn
Mr. Richard T. Smith is presently the Vice President of Information Technology for Elwyn. He is responsible for all information technology activities at Elwyn locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and California. Rick served for four years as Elwyn’s Senior Director for Information Technology, where he has directed the strategic application of corporate information technology.
Overseeing a staff of 27 employees since 2006, Smith has been responsible for the integration of enterprise applications, growing core competencies through technology, assuring the effective delivery of IT support and services, and maximizing the dissemination of quality information. Rick works closely with his team that is responsible for the integration of the CoCENTRIX Coordinated Care Platform at Elwyn. He served as the design and development resource for the Elwyn Mobile Crisis Solution.
Rick is a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and a Masters of Business Administration.
Bill Keyes, SVP of Sales and Marketing, CoCENTRIX
Bill has over 28 years of experience as a sales leader and individual contributor within the healthcare industry. He has directly contributed to the success of multiple businesses, both entrepreneurial start-up companies and Fortune 500 corporations. Bill is a results driven leader with a deep understanding of healthcare and HIT. Prior to joining CoCENTRIX, Bill held senior leadership positions with Allscripts where his sales teams focused on enterprise Care Coordination, Post-acute, ambulatory EHR and Population Health solutions. Prior to Allscripts, he was a key contributor and leader with a start-up company in the Care Management and Discharge Planning space – Extended Care Information Network (ECIN). Prior to that, he held sales and sales leadership positions with McKesson/HBOC and Baxter Healthcare. Bill holds an undergraduate degree in Business (BBA) in Management Information Systems from the University of Iowa and an MBA in marketing from DePaul University in Chicago where he was a member of the Delta Mu Delta National Honor Society for Business Administration. Bill is active in the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Tampa Bay Watch charity organizations.
